This is  a 8-week Irish Rugby (IRFU) programme designed for girls aged 8-14 to learn rugby basics in a fun, safe environment. It focuses on introductory skills rather than intensive training

Focus is on fun, introductory rugby sessions designed to teach basics and encourage participation, culminating in a provincial blitz day.
